Lakeland Retreats’ basic commission is 15% plus VAT
This is for us to market your property on our Lakeland Retreats website, Airbnb, around the web, and throughout the Lakes in general.

What’s included with property management from Lakeland Retreats?
INCLUDED
- Excellent Year-Round Service – The service includes us being available to your guests at all times, 365 days a year and every evening in case of a problem.
- Always High Standards – Regular, weekly visits carried out by our housekeeping team who ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are being met at all times
- For Guests’ Arrivals – We also make sure the heating is on, leave a lamp on, and pop a pint of milk in the fridge for guests’ arrival. Rest assured, you’re in safe hands.
NOT INCLUDED
- Maintenance – If things go wrong, we don’t charge a call-out fee but, if we do have to fix anything, our charge is £20 per hour plus the cost of parts.
- Laundry & Linen – The costs for a full clean and laundry vary but an average two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage including the hire of our quality linens, towels, bath mats, towels and oven gloves costs £75 per changeover, plus VAT.
