There is no better place in the Lake District to hold a Sporting Event than Cockshott Point at Bowness on Windermere. This beautiful venue on the Lakeside is just a few hundred metres from the heart of Bowness with ample parking and accommodation.

Competitors will run around the trail paths surrounding the venue with the work stations on a grassed area overlooking the Lake.

This is a PAIRED EVENT

(Male/Male, Female/Female or Mixed) is for all fitness levels and competitors will take part in the following:

  • 1km TRAIL RUN – Start your journey with a quick run through natures trails.
  • WORK STATION 1 – 50 SANDBAG SQUATS with your partner.
  • 1KM TRAIL RUN – Keep the momentum as you dash through another km of trails.
  • WORK STATION 2 – 20 ATLAS STONES OVER WALL with your partner. Challenge your lifting prowess by hoisting these stones over a wooden barrier.
  • 1KM TRAIL RUN – Try and catch your breadth with another scenic run around the venue.
  • WORK STATION 3 – 50 KB DEADLIFTS with your partner. Engage your core and lift with precision.
  • 1KM TRAIL RUN – Another stretch to keep your heart rate up and the scenery changing.
  • WORK STATION 4 – 100metres of FARMERS CARRYS – Grab your weights and showcase your grip strength and balance.
  • 1KM TRAIL RUN – Almost there, keep pushing through the trails.
  • WORK STATION 5 – 50 DOUBLE DUMBBELL STOH – SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD movements with your partner to cap off your upper body work strength test.
  • 5KM FINAL TRAIL RUN – a longer run to test your stamina and mental fortitude.
