Join this guided walk from Staveley to Friend’s of the Lake District owned Mike’s Wood in the lovely bluebell season.

We’ll take time to enjoy all the delights of this beautiful landscape, pointing out any wildflowers and wildlife along the way too.  

Activity level – Moderate – some steep uphill walking and uneven ground.

This walk will be led by Kay Andrews.

Tickets are free to members of Friends of the Lake District (join here if you are not already a member) or £5 for non-members.

What to wear and what to bring

Check the weather forecast. Waterproofs if it looks like rain. Sun hat and sunscreen if it looks like sun. Sturdy footwear (walking boots or similar). Please also bring water and any snacks you wish.

Dogs are permitted but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
