Brockhole; Heritage Garden Tours and Cream Tea

Discover the fascinating story behind the design and creation of the Brockhole gardens by landscape architect Thomas Mawson on our Brockhole Garden Tour.

The guided tour leads you through the gardens, gradually revealing the history of the family and house and how the garden was designed and created at the end of the 19th Century. The tour finishes in our restored Kitchen Garden, with an opportunity to chat to the Gardeners and visit the Kitchen Garden Exhibition in the Summerhouse.

Also included is cream tea, a homemade scone, jam, clotted cream, and a pot of tea in the café.

Find our cottages around Brockhole.
