Blue Space – An imaginative playground inspired by water

Windermere Jetty Museum

Home > What’s on – Lake District events > Blue Space – An imaginative playground inspired by water

Let your imagination run wild in our Blue Space. Enjoy an interactive play space inspired by life by the water, STEM and engineering where there’s endless possibilities to create.

Set within our temporary exhibition space, Blue Space encourages you to explore concepts relating to engineering, construction, and adventure through interactive play.

This large-scale loose parts play system includes bricks and cylinders, chutes, channels and parts to make anything you can imagine, inspiring people of all ages to design their own inventions, environments and activities.

Stack them high, line them up, climb through, peek inside, and experiment! What will you create?

Entry included with museum admission and Annual Pass. Free for Lakeland Arts Members.
