The feature wall of exposed brick, radiator, and wooden floor add to the modern feel. Double French doors open onto the balcony, which has been transformed into a comfortable seating area. There's also a spiral staircase that connects the balcony to the rear of the property.

The wooden floor and two windows overlook the street below, letting in lots of natural light. A multi-fuel burner sits on a black slate hearth—perfect for cosy nights in.
