Recently updated, sophisticated three-level apartment in the heart of Windermere

Welcome to Windermere Loft! You'll love the bright and spacious sitting room, the stylish dining kitchen, and two roomy double bedrooms, one with an en-suite. There's also a house bathroom for your convenience. Throughout, you’ll enjoy contemporary colours and hues, while the cosy wood-burning stove in the sitting room and the vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms add a traditional touch.

When you walk in, you’ll find an entrance hall where you can store your coats and muddy boots. Modern panelled stairs lead you to the first floor.

Dining Kitchen: You’re going to enjoy this contemporary space! It features sleek white high-gloss wall and base units with black marble-effect worktops. You'll find all the essentials, including an integrated fridge, washer dryer, electric oven, and a 4-ring electric hob with an extractor. A central kitchen island gives you extra storage and space for casual dining with seating for four.

The feature wall of exposed brick, radiator, and wooden floor add to the modern feel. Double French doors open onto the balcony, which has been transformed into a comfortable seating area. There's also a spiral staircase that connects the balcony to the rear of the property.

Sitting Room: Kick back and relax in this large, bright space with high ceilings and coving that continue the modern loft aesthetic. The wooden floor and two windows overlook the street below, letting in lots of natural light. A multi-fuel burner sits on a black slate hearth—perfect for cosy nights in. A radiator keeps things nice and warm.

Bathroom: This spacious bathroom features a modern claw foot bath with a shower and glass screen, a WC, and a sleek circular hand basin on a wooden storage unit.

Bedroom One: Located at the rear, this king-size bedroom with vaulted ceilings and beams offers the perfect place to unwind. You’ll also appreciate the small walk-in wardrobe with a hanging rail and shelves.

The contemporary en-suite shower room is fully tiled and comes with a shower unit, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Two: Another king-size bedroom at the front of the property also has vaulted ceilings and beams. A small dormer window offers rooftop views over the streets of Windermere and distant fells. This can be split into single beds upon request at the time of booking.

At the rear of the property, you’ll find an elevated, cosy sitting area with rooftop views—perfect for relaxing.

There’s convenient parking in a nearby car park with one parking permit supplied to cover your costs.
