Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an inviting porch area, perfect for kicking off coats and boots after a day of exploring the beautiful towns and fells. The tastefully furnished living room provides ample space to relax and unwind, with smart TV and beautiful large windows to soak up the views from every angle! The patio door leads out to the private garden, where you’ll find a beautiful oasis, complete with a tranquil pond and comfortable seating areas. The perfect space for enjoying a morning coffee or al fresco dinner and drink.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need, and all the space, to prepare delicious sociable meals at the dining table, cleverly put in front of the large windows leading to open fields. The kitchen also has a cosy snug area, ideal for gathering together while cooking. There is also a handy utility room just next door to the kitchen.

The property’s elegant bedrooms are furnished with plush bedding and ample floor and storage space. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the other boasts a luxurious king-size bed.

The property was by far the best self catering we have stayed at in Ambleside. It was exceptionally well appointed, the views were amazing, the beds were comfy and the garden was ideal for sitting out -as it had the benefit of the sun all day. On arrival the welcoming pack was much appreciated and the accommodation was so clean. We are already looking to return next year.

What a fabulous property! We have been staying in the lakes for a long number of years and can honestly say that Wetherlam Views is by far the best ever. The house was so cozy, warm and comfortable and the furnishings were excellent, truly a “ home from home”. Ample space to park both cars. Would have no hesitation in re booking.

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished house with a well stocked kitchen. We loved staying here. Plenty of room in very restful surroundings. A 5 minute walk into Ambleside. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've stayed in some excellent Airbnb's over the years, but this was absolutely beautiful. Easily the best I have stayed in. The views from front and back is what you want to wake up to every day. Stunning. Not enough superlatives to describe this place.

Beautiful property in a stunning location within easy walking distance of Ambleside amenities and activities. Just to wake up to Mountain Views and sheep grazing outside the bedroom window and wind down with sunsets behind the mountains in the evenings was something special.

Super comfortable, cozy and spacious house. Very large kitchen, very bright, super well-equipped. Nothing is missing! Very comfortable bedding. Well located, at the end of a street, super quiet, very nice mountain views from all the rooms. Thank you so much for the two big umbrellas that were very helpful! 10 minutes' walk from the amenities of the village. Very nice hikes and walks in the area. Very responsive agency for a water pressure problem. I highly recommend this place.

This property has the wow factor in spades. An imaginative and beautiful garden with a lily pond, full of sunshine. Light and airy rooms with high spec furnishings and wrap around views. A couple of teething problems as this was the first let but quickly resolved by lakeland retreats.
