The kitchen is a good size with seating for all at the dining table, and all the amenities you’ll need for cooking a family meal. Off the kitchen, there’s a utility room with laundry utilities and a patio door leading to an outside dining area for the finer evenings.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double with ample storage cupboards and an en-suite shower room, and, to the back, a twin with a ceiling-height wardrobe. Both bedrooms share a house bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, and hand basin.

Excellent Cottage, very good facilities, except the shower in the en-suite is not brilliant. Excellent location, with the bonus of car parking.

it was a lovely home ,was very well equipped. it is on a very quiet street, yet central for shops, buses, lovely walks in the area. we had a great stay, we would definitely stay here again, would recommend the cottage to anyone

Wonderful cottage in a great location. So clean and very well equipped, it had everything we needed. Handy to have the parking space next to the cottage although we didn’t use the car as everything was so accessible.

Me, my husband and Our dog Nelly. Love the cottage, was very well equipped, tidy and clean. Parking was great too.. considering we was so close to all the amenities.. The only fault we had was the weather, was awful.. But we didn’t let the weather put us off.. Would highly recommend to family and friends.. Thank you x🐾🐾

Very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Small but lovely garden which I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine reading my kindle late afternoon with a glass of wine. Our dog enjoyed the shady bits of the garden too. Bonus of a designated car parking space at the side of the property & room for a small car at the front. Superb location. Very close to the centre of Keswick, Hope & Fitz Park. Yet very quiet at night & the bed in the master bedroom (with en suite) was really comfy. Nice little extras ie sugar sachets, tea bags, coffee & a welcome bottle of prosecco. Absolutely loved our stay. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay again. Thank you.

Great accommodation, plenty of space and very well equipped. The location in Keswick was spot on, really quiet street but just around the corner from the town which has everything you’ll ever need. I can’t recommend it enough.

A fantastic homely cottage just a few minutes walk from town and 5 minutes from the stunning lake- a perfect location. We had a problem with the internet on arrival but it was resolved quickly and all the other amenities were great. We had a fantastic holiday - Keswick is now on my list of favourite places to visit!
