Prepare to be awed by the breathtaking views from the enormous bay window of its open-plan living space, with a plush corner sofa situated in front of the log burner, providing the perfect spot to unwind on those chilly evenings.

The fully integrated kitchen boasts a range of top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven, and hob, all illuminated by discreet pelmet lighting and spotlights. A handcrafted dining table offers an ideal setting for lively discussions over a meal.

As a family of 5 we had a fantastic stay, the property is very spacious and in an incredible location. Lots of good quality crockery, pans, knife block etc. Having a Parking permit is also great as parking for a week in Ambleside could work out quite expensive without. The bed in the main bedroom is the biggest we’ve ever slept in!! (Super-king?). Given it’s central location it was a very quiet accommodation, no noise to disturb our sleep!

What an amazing flat! We loved every second of the place, even our twins enjoyed their first birthday! So warm and cosy, that bed is AMAZING

Meadowsweet had all of the home comforts that you could ask for and was presented immaculately. There is no more central location yet there was absolutely no traffic noise. A beautiful place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Meadowsweet. We shall most definitely be returning; the accommodation was central and a perfect location to explore the South Lakes and Ambleside on our doorstep. The apartment was spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. Thanks again Michelle and team, we have had a lovely half-term break.

Great place - very central. Four of us stayed and with bedrooms on separate floors we had privacy - but also a great front room to meet and socialise.

Such a lovely apartment right in the heart of Ambleside so you're seconds away from everything. Clean and modern and that shower alone is worth 5 stars

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped flat in the midst of Ambleside Perfect for gathering, of friends and family, rain or shine. Nice touch of welcome bottle of wine and milk.

Brilliant property. Location is highlight of the property. Its in the middle of main market, nearby to all the main attractions. A parking pass is provided which helps park in main locations around Ambleside and Windermere, however you do need to figure out the parking spots that pass supports. From inside, property is well maintained and all the items provided in property are of top quality. View from the living room window is great. Owner is very responsive regarding any doubts that you might have during your stay. Check-in/Check-out was pretty smooth.

Meadowsweet was a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the Lake District! We were so impressed with the location. It was very central, with easy access to beautiful walks, delicious restaurants and fantastic activities. The apartment felt new and clean and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our week away.
