Step into the lounge, where you'll be greeted by a wide bay window that lets in plenty of natural light, highlighting the high ceilings and ample seating — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning Lake District. Adjoining the lounge is a lovely conservatory, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening read. Outside there is a private lawned area to the front, with a gravel yard to the rear.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, and features a charming dining area for shared meals.

The cottage offers three delightful bedrooms. On the first floor, you'll find a twin bedroom complete with a wardrobe and drawers, and a bright, airy king-size bedroom with its own bay window, wardrobe, and drawers. The modern bathroom on this floor is elegantly tiled and includes a bath with a shower, a hand basin, and a WC.

Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers breathtaking views of the fells and features a cosy king-size bed. There's also a large shower room with a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC.

The property was in a wonderful location, quiet but very close to the town centre and the lake. There were walks possible from the front door. It was a beautiful house, very comfortable, with large rooms, and the views of the fells from the bedrooms were beautiful.
