A beautiful terraced cottage minutes away from the high street yet very peaceful. We were a group of 6 friends looking to participate in some local walking and spending some time together. Ambleside has so much to offer and we really enjoyed our time there. The cottage was exactly as it looked on the site and a perfectly sized for our group. The cottage had everything you could possibly need to eat in and restaurants were close by if you wanted to eat out. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were well maintained. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage and we will definitely return

Gorgeous place. Extremely convenient for centre of Ambleside but with plenty of good walks from the front door. Very quiet, despite being close to the centre. We'll be back!
