Just a stone's throw away from Ambleside village centre, discover Koru at Ambleside

An elegant, romantic haven for two. Named after the Maori symbol for new beginnings and peace, it's your perfect sanctuary to unwind and embrace the stunning adventures the Lake District offers.

Step into this ground-floor apartment boasting a spacious lounge adorned with a snug log-burning stove and a side kitchen, alongside a queen-size bedroom and a stylish en suite bathroom.

Let's delve into the accommodation itself: Koru at Ambleside, a ground-floor apartment within a Victorian residence, surprises with its spaciousness.

Enter through the stone porch into a hallway leading to an exquisite sitting room. Sink into the comfort of a sofa and armchairs encircling a multi-fuel stove, while a dining area by the bay window sets the scene for intimate dinners. Open those tall period windows onto a small balcony, offering chairs and views over the rooftops to Loughrigg Fell.

Retreat to the serene bedroom featuring a sumptuous king-size bed. The en suite bathroom, well-equipped with a bath and shower combo, basin, and WC, beckons relaxation.

Toward the hallway's end, find a handy drying room. Plus, there's a designated parking spot for one car and even an electric car charging socket—covering all your practical needs.

Well equipped and homely apartment. Really enjoyed our stay - even though the weather was pretty rubbish!

Koru is a lovely apartment that met our expectations perfectly. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. We loved the little balcony accessed from the dining area which caught the sun all afternoon and evening. Our Airedale enjoyed sitting on it and sniffing the air. Considering how close to the towns amenities Koru is, it is lovely and peaceful. We will hopefully be back again soon.

Perfect location within a stones throw of the town centre. Nice apartment with lots of space for a one bedroom place and a designated parking spot. Would absolutely recommend. Especially appreciated some flexibility with an early check in.
