Welcome to Hollybrook, nestled in the heart of the Lake District!

This charming 3-bedroom property, accommodating up to 6 people, awaits just a short stroll from Ambleside's vibrant centre with its array of shops, eateries, and cinemas.

Picture this: gardens and patios envelop three sides of the property, boasting six distinct outdoor seating areas. Amongst these, two are snugly covered, while one basks in the sunshine — a true sun trap.

You'll adore the serene presence of Stock Ghyll Beck, flowing along the fenced and netted rear boundary. Immerse yourself in the soothing ambience, with one seating area offering views of the beck and its cascading waterfalls. And don't miss the stunning sight of Loughrigg Fell from the expansive rear patio and back garden.

With parking space for 3 to 4 cars, convenience is at your doorstep.

Step inside this inviting family abode, where indoor and outdoor spaces harmonise perfectly, inviting you to relish its beckside setting. Revel in the spaciousness, ideal for delightful alfresco dining experiences. The lounge, dining areas, and conservatory all offer enchanting views of the rear garden, creating a seamless connection with nature.

Need storage for sports equipment? There's a covered storage area just for that, complete with a picnic table and a gas BBQ.

You’ll find a convenient ground-floor bedroom and a walk-in shower room with a washbasin and WC.

Enjoy the spacious lounge/dining room, complete with a gas fire and a TV with Sky Q and BT Sports HD for your entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the utility room offers ample space and racks for drying clothes, accompanied by a small table with two chairs.

As you unwind in the conservatory, relish the panoramic view of the rear garden and the expansive patio, which hosts a picnic table and a swing seat—an idyllic spot to soak in the tranquillity.

Ascend to the first floor to find a king-sized bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with an over-the-bath shower, washbasin, and WC.

Please note: While enjoying the rear garden's beauty, do keep an eye on youngsters, as the garden slopes down towards Stock Ghyll Beck, creating uneven and slippery terrain when wet—an important tip from the thoughtful owners.

So, immerse yourself in the beauty of Hollybrook, where comfort and natural allure intertwine for an unforgettable getaway!
