This detached home, set amidst tranquillity, provides the ideal backdrop for your next getaway with family or friends. The tastefully decorated, contemporary, and spacious interior of this self-catering property awaits your arrival. Entering Holly Nook, you'll encounter the modern and well-equipped kitchen-diner on your left, featuring a 5-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. This room also boasts a table with seating for 6 and opens onto a patio, perfect for that morning cup of coffee or for letting your dog out.

The hallway leads to a utility room equipped with a large fridge-freezer, washer, dryer, and ample space for muddy boots. A power shower-equipped shower room, WC, and sink can also be found in this area.

On the opposite side of the main hallway, you'll discover a formal dining area with seating for 6 and a cosy gas fireplace. The dining area flows into a light-filled, contemporary lounge with high ceilings, large windows, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, Sky, and a DVD player.

Doors from the lounge open onto the decked area, offering more seating and those stunning ever-changing views of Lake Windermere throughout the day.

Further in you’ll find three double bedrooms, a bunk room, and the house bathroom. The three double bedrooms have been stylishly decorated and provide ample storage with drawers and hanging space for your belongings. Two of these bedrooms even come with their own washbasin, and the master bedroom treats you to lake views across the garden. The bunk room is a fantastic space for kids and includes a wardrobe and cabinet. The second bathroom at Holly Nook offers a WC, sink, bath, and a shower over the bath.

Step outside into the stunning private landscaped gardens at Holly Nook, featuring a spacious lawn area and a fantastic decked space complete with a table, chairs, and a BBQ, providing the perfect setting to relax and savour the breathtaking lake views. You'll find yourself perched on the edge of Lake Windermere, with direct access to the shore via a shared jetty, making it an ideal spot if you're planning to bring a boat.

Additionally, there's a smaller patio for your morning coffee ritual, and you'll have the convenience of private parking for up to 3 cars on the secure gated driveway.

Please keep in mind: stag and hen parties are not allowed at this property. Wi-Fi is provided, and a travel cot (bedding not included) and a high chair are available for guest use.
