I had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of Ambleside. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is warm, inviting, and exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Lakes. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you're cooking a full meal or just preparing a quick breakfast before heading out. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a pleasure to use. The bathrooms are pure luxury—spacious, stylish, and with high-quality fittings that make for a truly relaxing experience. After a long walk in the fresh air, there’s nothing better than unwinding in such a gorgeous space. The location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of Ambleside, with shops, cafés, and restaurants just a short stroll away. Yet, despite being so central, the cottage still feels wonderfully peaceful and private. Overall, this cottage has everything you need for a perfect break in the Lakes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located getaway.

Exceptional property which has been beautifully restored to the highest of quality. Absolutely everything was in order and at our disposal. Great central location just a few metres from restaurants/pubs/shops.
