Me and five friends stayed here for a week to do some hiking and swimming in the lake district and we loved our stay. Extremely central house with lovely rooms and modern bathrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable house with a good location.

Was a really happy with the accommodation, it was a good size for a young family of 4, but lacked a few basics in the kitchen, which was small but clean and usable ( kitchen towel tin foil etc) the separate loo / utility gave a little extra space. Dinning room and pound were comfortable but the real bonus was the three good sized double rooms and two bathrooms to first and second floor. Easily walkable to the shops and parks in Windermere a little longer but manageable with a 3 & 1 year old to Bowness and the Lake. Was a great location and cottage for a weeks stay and we would definitely stay again if we were looking to book

The cottage was clean and tidy, it’s snug downstairs for 5/6 people, but really roomy upstairs. Dinning room table was small to get 6 people around. The kitchen was nice, had a good selection of mugs, glasses and plates.
