From here, you’ll find a beautifully appointed ground-floor bedroom featuring a superking bed, which can be seamlessly converted into twin beds on request. This room comes complete with its own en-suite shower room, offering privacy and comfort for guests.

For entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a fantastic games room, equipped with a dartboard and a pool table—an ideal space to keep both kids and adults entertained, especially on those occasional rainy days. Adjoining the garage is a dedicated boot room, providing ample storage for outdoor clothing, hiking boots, and adventure gear, ensuring everything is kept neat and organised.
