The separate dining room lends itself to family brunches and dinners and once you’ve eaten, take a seat in the adjacent, south-facing conservatory to enjoy more of those fine views from the comfort of your armchair. Both the sitting and dining room have patio doors leading directly out to the terrace.

Three fashionable bedrooms are prettily decorated and offer comfortable mattresses to ensure a good nights rest, one double, one twin and a single. The large double and twin bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and all three rooms share a contemporary house bathroom with a powerful shower over a P-shaped bath, handbasin and WC.

A second entrance door, off the main inner hallway, provides a second entrance to the outside which is also used by the other property here at 1 Lane Head.

Parking is available on the driveway for two cars.
